Position Responsibilities

Assisting the Warehouse Manager in:

  • Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records,
  • Ensuring all required products, materials and equipment to operate are stocked,
  • Purchasing & Pricing,
  • Picking equipment and fittings for HVAC installers,
  • Issuing Purchase Orders, note price quoted and attach to packing slip when received,
  • Maintaining relationship with and list of suppliers,
  • Receiving and signing to confirm counts match packing slip,
  • Using the forklift as required,
  • Perform Inventory Counts,
  • Quoting and Sales Orders for parts & lubes including deposits, delivery fees, part and serial numbers on SO for billing, and
  • Other tasks as requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be able to work in-person Monday to Friday
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Fork lift experience
  • Disciplined, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment an asset
  • Knowledge of oils and lubricants an asset

Rate of pay will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

  • East Garafraxa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Warehouse or HVAC: 5 years (required)
